When does Butter restock products?
We do not tend to restock items.

No we do not please email us to authorise a return.

When will my order be shipped?
We always try to ship out your order the same-day but during busy periods please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Does butter ship internationally and how long does it take?
Our Global webstore is the only store which ships internationally. We ship international orders via Australia Post and typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees on my order outside of Australia?
Your order may be subject to import taxes, custom duties & or fees. Which are levied when your order arrives in your country. You as a customer are responsible for covering these fees. For more infomation on this please see out shipping and returns section.
My order seems to have gone missing?
Please contact the shipping partner attached to your order and state your tracking number provided to you via email before contacting Butter. One you have been in contact with the shipping courier please feel free to contact us for assistance.
How to lodge a return:
Please visit our returns portal HERE and enter your order number and email to find your order history. This will allow you to select products to return and or exchange, once we have accepted the return you will receive a conformation email and will be able to download a return shipping label.

Domestic Returns (Within Australia)
The Global Butter Goods webstore offers free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of placing your order.
International customers are required to pay for the return shipping.
Items to be returned/exchanged must be in perfect, original condition. Butter Goods must receive the returned item within 10 days of Return Authorisation.
Do NOT send any returns to Butter Goods prior to speaking to a Customer Service staff by phone or email. You must be issued a Return Authorisation prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will NOT be accepted
For any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping.
Sale items can not be returned are exchanged, all sale items sales are final.
