When does Butter restock products?

When will my order be shipped?
We will always try to ship out your order the same day. During busy periods please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Does Butter ship internationally and how long does it take?
Our Global webstore is the only store which ships internationally. We ship international orders via Australia Post which will typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees on my order outside of Australia?
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees, which are levied when your order arrives in your country. You as a customer are responsible for covering these fees. For more information, please see our shipping and returns section.
My order seems to have gone missing?
Please contact the shipping partner attached to your order and state your tracking number provided to you via email before contacting Butter. One you have been in contact with the shipping courier please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Domestic Returns (Within Australia)
The Global Butter Goods webstore offers free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of receiving your order.International Returns (USA, UK)
International customers are required to pay for the return shipping. We do not offer internatonial return labelsEU Returns
- Sale Items: All items purchased during our Sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Sale Items: Items purchased at full price can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Return / Exchange Info
Items to be returned/exchanged must be in perfect, original condition. Butter Goods must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorisation.
If the 14 day period has passed for you to lodge a return, you will need to email our staff & obtain our address to send this back to us yourself.
Do NOT send any returns to Butter Goods prior to speaking to the customer service staff by email or lodging a return. You must be issued a return authorisation prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will NOT be accepted.
For any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping.
No returns or exchanges on sale items, all sales of sale items are final (excluding UK)
