When does Butter restock products?

We do not tend to restock items.

How do I return something?

When will my order be shipped?

We will always try to ship out your order the same day. During busy periods please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Does Butter ship internationally and how long does it take?

Our Global webstore is the only store which ships internationally. We ship international orders via DHL which will typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees on my order outside of Australia?

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees, which are levied when your order arrives in your country. You as a customer are information, please see our shipping and returns section.

My order seems to have gone missing?

Please contact the shipping partner attached to your order and state your tracking number provided to you via email before contacting us. Once you have been in contact with the shipping courier please feel free to contact us for assistance.
