Failed Delivery

If an item fails to deliver, for either incorrect postage address by fault of customer, multiple failed delivery attempts by the postage service or a failure to collect package being held by customs or local post office in the allocated time, this will result in a second delivery cost being issued to the customer once the item has been returned to sender.

International Custom Duties

You as the buyer are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. When ordering from Butter Goods, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

For orders placed through our Global Web Store, applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees will be calculated and charged at checkout. This means these charges are paid as part of your order total prior to shipment.
